Eric J Garza is the Founder and President of JD Krane Flooring Contractors. He provides strategic leadership with a strong emphasis on operational excellence, quality assurance and client satisfaction. He maintains direct oversight of daily operations and project execution, ensuring consistency, accountability and adherence to the highest industry standards. Known for his disciplined work ethic and results oriented approach. Eric fosters a culture of teamwork, professionalism and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Eric enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing interest that include wildlife photography, travel, cooking, hunting and offshore fishing.
Sonia Garza - Office Consultant
Sonia brings nearly two decades of institutional knowledge and financial leadership to JD Krane. During her 18 years with the company she oversaw all financial operations and worked closely with JD Krane's CPA to ensure accurate reporting, compliance and long-term financial stability.
Now serving in a consulting role, Sonia continues to provide strategic financial guidance and operations insight to the team. Her experience and historical perspective help maintain the disciplined financial structure and accountability that clients and partners have come to expect from JD Krane.
Edna De Anda - Office Manager
Edna is the organizational backbone of JD Krane. As Officer Manager, she coordinates daily administrative operations, supports project scheduling, manages communications and ensures seamless interaction between clients, vendors and field teams. Her attention to detail and efficiency keeps workflows moving smoothly while maintaining a professional and responsive experience for every client.
Mary Ellen McCroskey - Office Administrator
Mary Ellen oversees the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance and transparency in all accounting processes. She manages accounts payable and receivable, payroll coordination, financial reporting and project cost tracking. Her disciplined approach and financial oversight support JD Krane's stability and long-term growth.
Chad Ragsdale - Project Estimator
Chad serves as JD Krane's Lead Project Estimator, overseeing project evaluations from initial bid to contract award. With a sharp eye for detail and cost accuracy, he analyzes plans, specifications and site conditions to develop competitive, precise estimates. Chad works closely with project managers, vendors and clients to ensure every proposal aligns with project scope, budget expectations and timeline requirements. His expertise helps set the foundation for successful project execution.

Manuel oversees field operations, ensuring each project is executed according to approved shop drawings, specifications and scope of work. He supervises flooring installations, coordinates with site superintendents and maintains strict quality control standards throughout every phase of construction. His hands-on leadership in the field ensures workmanship meets requirements, project timelines and final deliverables exceed client expectations.
Outside of work, Manuel is a devoted husband and father of six. His faith, discipline and strong family values shape the way he leads, with integrity, accountability and respect. When time permits, he enjoys spending time outdoors fishing and recharging for the next project ahead.
